+Include your whole question. If you don't know how to do laundry, be specific. A post saying "teach me about laundry" is vague. Some people will assume you know how to use your washing machine. Some people might assume you know nothing. A post that has a body saying something more informative is helpful like: "I just moved out on my own, I've never done laundry a day in my life. How do I work the machine? 'This' is the machine I have where do I put detergent, which settings do I use?" This approach is more likely to get you the correct answer to your question.

+**Make sure the information you're posting is absolutely correct.** If it's anecdotal, say that. Provide sources if possible.

If you're explaining a technique, explain why that's better than other options. If you have sources or an MSDS for certain products, that's even more helpful for the user to find additional information.
